Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Delays in shipping can occur due to supply chain constraints of raw materials to manufacture our products or due to packaging shortages ( such as bottles, lids, pumps, boxes, etc). Delays can also occur due to shipping errors or delays from UPS, FEDEX, USPS that can be from a multitude of issues, including weather delays, labor strikes, etc that we cannot control once the package leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on standard weight and distance calculators provided by our shipping partners


International Shipping

Currently we are setup to only ship products in the USA. 

If you are located outside of the USA and wish to purchase our products, please contact and we will consider the opportunity to ship products to other countries once we are setup and approved to do so.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@jaceindustries.comcom with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you selected UPS, FEDEX or DHL or an LTL freight carrier, you will need to provide a physical address to ship to.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
